The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) formally signed the Registration Agreement (RA) for Voya Philippines Support Services Corporation on 21 May 2026, approving the company’s expanded IT‑BPM operations in Clark and Alabang.
The RA was signed by PEZA Officer‑in‑Charge and Deputy Director General for Operations, Ms. Vivian S. Santos, and VOYA Philippines President, Mr. Youssef Ahmed Blal.
VOYA Philippines will build on its existing BPO operations at SM City Clark IT Park and replicate those services at a new PEZA‑registered site in Filinvest Axis Tower One, Northgate Cyberzone in Alabang. Together, the two PEZA‑registered projects represent a combined investment exceeding Php 160 million and are expected to generate more than 600 jobs for Filipino professionals across both locations.
The registration underscores PEZA’s ongoing role in attracting and enabling investment in strategic ecozones, supporting business expansion, and fostering the growth of export‑oriented, globally competitive IT‑BPM enterprises.
The expansion also reinforces the Philippines’ position as a strategic location for high‑value digital services and contributes to regional economic development and employment generation.
