Philippine Airlines (PAL) has announced the resumption of its flight operations to and from General Santos City (GES) effective June 15, 2026. The move follows the official reopening of the General Santos International Airport.
The flag carrier has resumed operations for the following routes:

To ensure a smooth travel experience as the airport transitions back to normal operations, PAL advises passengers to take note of the following important operational changes:

Adjusted Airport Arrival Times: Due to limited terminal capacity and fewer available check-in counters at General Santos Airport, passengers are urged to allocate sufficient time for check-in and boarding procedures. However, to prevent overcrowding, passengers are strictly requested not to arrive earlier than four hours prior to their scheduled departure.

Temporary Mabuhay Lounge Closure: The Mabuhay Lounge at General Santos Airport will remain temporarily closed. The lounge is currently undergoing necessary repairs following structural damage sustained from a recent earthquake.

Confirmed Bookings Required: Passengers must hold a confirmed booking before proceeding to the airport. Ticket counters at the terminal will only accommodate passengers with verified reservations. To check flight status or manage existing bookings, passengers can visit the official PAL Manage Booking Portal.
