Royal Cargo’s Bulacan north hub earns DENR recognition for Bulihan Creek Stewardship and environmental excellence

Royal Cargo Inc., a leading end-to-end logistics solutions provider in the Philippines, has been officially recognized by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – Environmental Management Bureau (DENR-EMB) Region III for its outstanding commitment to environmental preservation through the Adopt-An-Estero/Waterbody Program.

The Certificate of Recognition highlights the exemplary efforts of Royal Cargo’s North Hub Facility in Plaridel, Bulacan, in spearheading the rehabilitation, cleanliness, and sustainable management of the Bulihan Creek.

Since formally adopting Bulihan Creek in September 2025, Royal Cargo has continuously driven localized environmental stewardship. The company has worked hand-in-hand with local government units (LGUs) and community stakeholders to implement regular clean-up drives, community education, and waste mitigation strategies aimed at restoring the health of the vital waterway.

The DENR-EMB Region III accolade underscores the tangible impact of corporate-led eco-initiatives in transforming local water resources and mitigating flood risks in the Bulacan province.

As a trusted partner in global and domestic supply chains, Royal Cargo continues to weave environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics into its core business strategy. The North Hub Facility serves as a benchmark for the company’s green operations, balancing high-capacity logistics execution with eco-conscious practices.

Moving forward, Royal Cargo aims to expand its green footprint by investing in eco-friendly facilities, optimizing fleet efficiency, and continuing its aggressive support for public-private environmental programs.

Through these ongoing efforts, Royal Cargo remains steadfast in its mission to build a cleaner, greener, and more resilient future for generations to come.
