Foreign Ministers and senior representatives from 26 participating states and the European Union gathered in Manila to conclude the 33rd ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), marking another milestone in Asia-Pacific security dialogue and diplomatic engagement.
Against the backdrop of a complex and evolving global political landscape, the ministerial meeting served as a crucial summit for open dialogue, risk reduction, and joint strategy on shared security challenges.
