The honors underscore FILRT’s dedication to developing sustainable and high-performing office spaces.
FILRT proudly received the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in Sustainable Development and the Silver Award in the Office Category for its Vector Three building. Simultaneously, its sponsor, Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), also garnered significant recognition, taking home the Gold Award for Outstanding Developer in the Office Category and the Silver Award in Sustainable Development for Axis Tower Two.
The award-winning properties, Vector Three and Axis Tower Two, are both Grade A, green-certified office developments strategically located within Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest City, Alabang. Both buildings have achieved LEED Gold certification, signifying their adherence to rigorous international standards for resource efficiency and environmental performance. Furthermore, Axis Tower Two holds a WELL Core certification, highlighting its focus on features that actively support the health and well-being of its occupants.
FIABCI Philippines commended both Vector Three and Axis Tower Two for their advanced building systems, environmentally responsive design, and their proven ability to maintain uninterrupted operations within the PEZA-registered IT park.
