Ayala Corporation, PNP renew partnership to expand benefits for police officers under Saludo sa Serbisyo

Ayala Corporation and the Philippine National Police have reaffirmed their partnership in the Ayala-led Saludo sa Serbisyo, a program that provides exclusive benefits and support for uniformed personnel.
The initiative reflects Ayala’s commitment to honoring the uniformed services and the PNP’s efforts to uplift the welfare of its members.
In a recent ceremonial signing at the Ayala Corporation headquarters in Makati City, Acting PNP Chief Police Lt. Gen. Jose Nartatez Jr., Ayala Corporation Chief Finance Officer Alberto de Larrazabal, and Ayala Corporation Corporate Resources Group Head Francisco Romero Milan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding renewing their partnership for Saludo sa Serbisyo.
The event was witnessed by Ayala Corporation Vice Chairman Fernando Zobel de Ayala, Ayala Corporation Head of Security Management Ret. Gen. Emmanuel Bautista, Ayala Corporation Chief Sustainability and Risk Officer Jaime Z. Urquijo, Department of the Interior and Local Government Undersecretary for Peace and Order Nestor Sanares, and PNP Director for Personnel and Records Management Police Maj. Gen. Constancio Chinayog, Jr.
Also present were PNP Deputy Chief for Operations Police Lt. Gen. Edgar Alan Okubo, Acting Chief of the PNP Directorial Staff Police Maj. Gen. Neri Vincent D. Ignacio, along with other senior Ayala and PNP officials.
Saludo sa Serbisyo provides police officers, soldiers, and other uniformed personnel both active and retired easier access to products and services of the Ayala Group.
Under the MOU, Ayala business units will continue to offer active and retired police officers and non-uniformed PNP personnel with home and car ownership assistance, financial literacy training, livelihood support for unemployed spouses and retirees, employment opportunities after retirement through Ayala’s Career Transition and Assistance Program, exclusive discounts to health and wellness services, and IT equipment support.
Launched in 2016, Saludo sa Serbisyo has benefited over 16,000 PNP personnel and their dependents.
