NAIA Terminal 3 unveils massive dining expansion with brand-new, 6,000 sqm mezzanine food hall

Traveling through Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 is about to become a significantly more satisfying experience for food lovers.

The New NAIA Infra Corp. (NAIA) announced the near-completion and imminent opening of a spectacular, brand-new, 6,000 square-meter Mezzanine Food Hall on Level 2 of the terminal.

This major culinary overhaul marks the first phase of a comprehensive, multi-year plan to significantly enhance the food and beverage offerings across NAIA Terminal 3, thereby transforming the pre-flight and post-flight dining experience for millions of passengers.

“The wait is almost over for a truly world-class dining experience at NAIA Terminal 3,” said a spokesperson for NAIA. “This expansive new food hall is more than just an upgrade; it’s a complete reimagining of our terminal’s culinary landscape. We are delivering more space, more choice, and a seamless blend of beloved local favorites and exciting international flavors to meet the diverse tastes of our passengers.”

Phase 1: The Mezzanine Food Hall

The Level 2 Mezzanine Food Hall is set to open its doors very soon and will feature 20 new dining spots in total. A sneak peek reveals the first 10 confirmed concepts, promising a major boost in dining options, from quick bites to more substantial meals. The complete list of new vendors will be announced ahead of the grand opening.

This new facility provides much-needed variety and capacity, designed with comfortable seating areas and efficient layouts to serve high volumes of travelers efficiently.

A Multi-Phase Culinary Master Plan

The opening of the Mezzanine Food Hall is only the beginning of a phased development plan that will solidify NAIA Terminal 3 as a top-tier travel hub.

Phase 2: All-Filipino Food Hall (Level 1, Expected Late 2025)

Following the Level 2 opening, an innovative All-Filipino Food Hall will be launched on Level 1 before the end of the year. This dedicated area will spotlight the rich and diverse flavors of the Philippines, offering travelers an authentic taste of local cuisine right before they fly out or upon arrival.

Phase 3: The Food Village (Level 3, Expected 2026)

Looking ahead to 2026, the terminal will debut a final major dining destination: the Food Village on Level 3. This development promises to introduce even more unique and specialized food concepts, completing the terminal’s transformation into a true culinary destination.

With these planned upgrades, NAIA Terminal 3 is set to significantly improve passenger satisfaction by offering diverse, high-quality dining options that cater to every traveler’s appetite and budget.
