Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI), a global leader in electronics manufacturing solutions, announced today the sale of its 50.32% stake in VIA Optronics Holding AG.
The transaction was executed through IMI’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Coöperatief IMI Europe U.A., with the stake being sold to Kronen 3140 GmbH, which is owned by members of VIA’s management and advisory team.
Kronen 3140 GmbH will be renamed V-PTR Beteiligungs GmbH.
The agreement includes a consideration structure with both fixed and post-closing variable earn-out components.
