Cebu Pacific has officially cancelled all flights to and from Dubai (DXB) effective immediately through April 20, 2026.
Impacted passengers have been notified via email. To provide immediate relief, the airline is offering the following three options, accessible via the Manage Booking portal:

Free Rebooking: Rebook for travel within 30 days of the original flight date with no fare difference or change fees. (Fare differences apply for travel beyond 30 days).

Travel Fund: Convert the full ticket value into a virtual CEB wallet, valid for future flight bookings or add-ons (baggage, seats, etc.).

Full Refund: Request a complete reversal of the ticket cost.
For passengers with existing bookings who wish to proactively postpone their travel, Cebu Pacific has extended flexible “voluntary” options for the following routes:
