Vietnam Airlines is pleased to announce that, effective March 29, 2026, all international flight operations at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) will transition from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3.
This relocation is part of the airline’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the passenger experience, moving operations to the airport’s largest and most modern gateway. The transition follows a series of significant renovations at Terminal 3 designed to streamline international travel and provide world-class amenities.
Passengers flying between Vietnam and the Philippines can look forward to a significant upgrade in their airport journey. The move to Terminal 3 offers several key benefits:
Modernized Infrastructure: Enjoy a refreshed environment featuring the latest in airport technology and passenger comforts.
Reduced Congestion: Increased terminal capacity ensures a smoother flow during peak travel hours, reducing wait times.
Spacious Facilities: Expanded check-in counters, optimized security screening areas, and larger boarding zones provide a more relaxed atmosphere.
Enhanced Connectivity: Terminal 3 offers superior links to domestic flight networks, making it easier for travelers to connect to various destinations across the Philippine archipelago.
“We are constantly looking for ways to make our passengers’ journeys more relaxing and enjoyable,” said a spokesperson for Vietnam Airlines. “The move to Terminal 3 represents a significant step forward in our service delivery, ensuring that our ground experience matches the high standards of comfort and style our passengers expect in the air.”
Passengers with flights scheduled on or after March 29, 2026, are advised to proceed directly to Terminal 3. Vietnam Airlines recommends arriving at least three hours prior to departure to explore the new facilities and complete check-in procedures comfortably.
