The Department of Transportation (DOTr) announces that the MRT-3 will undergo its annual Holy Week maintenance activity from April 2 to April 5, 2026.

In line with this scheduled maintenance program, MRT-3 operations will be temporarily suspended during the period. This initiative is part of the agency’s ongoing commitment to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of train services for the riding public.

The comprehensive maintenance work will include inspection, repair, and system upgrades necessary to enhance overall performance and prevent potential service disruptions. These proactive measures are critical in delivering a safer, smoother, and more dependable commuting experience for passengers.

The DOTr encourages commuters to plan their trips accordingly and consider alternative transportation options during the temporary closure.

We sincerely thank the public for their continued understanding, patience, and support.
