Aboitiz Construction’s ACI Plus, the company’s brand for its maintenance business segment, reached a significant operational milestone by completing its first full year of maintenance activities at the Republic Cement & Building Materials, Inc. (Republic Cement) plants in Teresa, Rizal, and Danao City, Cebu.
Since commencing operations last year, the ACI Plus team has provided continuous maintenance services for Republic Cement Teresa Plant 1, focusing on industrial housekeeping and buildings & grounds maintenance. Simultaneously, the team marked one full year of effective operations at the Republic Cement Danao plant, covering technical manpower and routine maintenance across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and facilities scopes.
Both anniversaries highlight a year of operational achievements, consistent system improvements, and effective teamwork within the facilities. To support these growing operations, Aboitiz Construction has employed nearly a hundred personnel, providing vital job opportunities within the local host communities.
