FAST Logistics forecasts sustained double-digit growth this year

Despite ongoing global economic challenges, FAST Logistics is forecasting sustained double-digit revenue growth this year and expects to end the year with a healthy profit.

Manuel L. Onrejas Jr., CEO for Logistics at FAST Logistics Group, said the company has posted double-digit revenue growth over the past five years, driven largely by its ability to scale operations and meet the nationwide demand of its clients.

FAST Logistics has a 94 to 95 percent presence across the country, with branches throughout the Philippines. Its extensive logistics infrastructure enables it to provide nationwide delivery services.

Thus, he said, “For 2026, we remain firmly bullish despite the broader macroeconomic headwinds.”

“We’re targeting continued double-digit revenue growth across our core business units, while pushing hard on efficiency — higher asset utilization, better warehouse productivity, sharper route optimization, and stronger customer-service metrics,” he said.

The growth drivers are clear, he said. These are the continued expansion of e-commerce where they provided warehouse spaces for the big players and mid-mile transport services; rising demand for outsourced logistics, and the growth of its FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) customers, retail, healthcare, or pharma, and manufacturing partners.

On top of that, Onrejas said that as companies feel the pinch of fuel volatility and inflation, FAST’s newly scaled, system-guided cross-docking and co-loading solutions have become genuine growth magnets.

“More and more boardrooms now understand that logistics is no longer a cost center; it’s a competitive advantage. We’re well-positioned to capture that demand,” he said.

In fact, Onrejas proudly said that many of its key customers have remained with FAST for more than 10 years.

“Businesses are migrating to us because they need to uncover immediate, structural savings — not cosmetic ones,” he said.
