Manila welcomes back ADORA Mediterranea, a boost for Philippine cruise tourism

The skyline of Manila South Harbor regained its cinematic flair, as the ADORA Mediterranea docked at Pier 15’s Berths 4 and 5. Marking its second visit to the capital, the vessel arrived from Xiamen, China, carrying a vibrant contingent of approximately 1,500 passengers and 749 crew members.

To facilitate a seamless experience for the visitors, a fleet of 31 excursion buses was deployed. Passengers spent the day immersed in the rich history of Intramuros and enjoying the modern retail landscape of Pasay City’s premier shopping malls.

The ship’s Philippine odyssey doesn’t end in the capital; it is scheduled to weigh anchor at 6:00 PM, setting sail for the white sands of Boracay Island.
