Located at 540 Flinders Lane, the project marks a major milestone in Hotel101’s international growth strategy, introducing its unique, globally standardized “condotel” business model to the Australian market.
The development is situated along Melbourne’s iconic Flinders Lane, a premier destination famous for its vibrant street art, boutique retail, and world-class dining. The site offers unparalleled access to major landmarks, including Federation Square, Flinders Street Station, and the Southbank entertainment precinct.
