Bounty acquires Warhawk gamefowl feed brand to strengthen portfolio  

Bounty Group announced the acquisition of Warhawk, a leading brand for gamefowl feeds, to its growing portfolio in a move to further strengthen an integrated system—from breeding to broilers—ensuring consistency and quality across every stage of production.

The acquisition was announced during the Inoza Feeds Grand Launch held in Cebu, marking a significant step in the company’s agribusiness expansion through Inoza Feeds.

“With this acquisition, Bounty is stepping forward bolder, sharper, and more deliberate than ever. It’s not just about owning a brand, but reigniting a legacy. This is just the beginning, the execution of this integration is what will truly define our success,” said Polo Ablazo, General Manager of Commercial Feeds.

Bounty has made a series of moves to strengthen its position in the industry, including the acquisition of Warhawk. It reflects the company’s intent to expand not only its footprint, but also its impact, leveraging its integrated operations and long-standing expertise in agribusiness.
