Envirocycle Innovation Philippines Inc. has registered with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) as solutions provider for a growing circular economy and ESG ecosystem through IT asset recovery, refurbishment, remanufacturing, recycling, and export-oriented recovery for electronics and data center equipment — directly enabling supply chain decarbonization for enterprise clients across Asia.
PEZA Deputy Director General for Operations Vivian S. Santos and Envirocycle Innovation Philippines Inc. President David Thomas Carman signed the Registration Agreement on May 18, 2026, officially registering the company as a new Ecozone Export Enterprise at the Laguna Technopark-Special Economic Zone (LT-SEZ) in Biñan, Laguna.
Envirocycle has circular technical capabilities covering servers, ICT equipment, and other electronic devices, supported by technical assessment, certified data destruction, chain-of-custody management, and compliance-driven processing — safeguarding clients’ proprietary assets and information integrity as a core pillar of ESG governance, while delivering measurable Scope 3 emissions reductions.
In registering the company, PEZA said Envirocycle’s investment reflects PEZA’s continued commitment to integrating ESG principles and environmental stewardship within its ecozones by promoting industries that advance waste reduction, clean technologies, responsible manufacturing, and green innovation. The project likewise supports the country’s broader goals of attracting quality investments, generating employment opportunities, and advancing sustainable, technology-driven industries under the Bagong Pilipinas vision.
