Cebu Port Authority (CPA) General Manager Francisco C. Comendador III hosted representatives from Pacific Rim Innovation and Management Exponents, Inc. (PRIMEX) to discuss key updates on the ongoing feasibility study for the proposed San Ramon Newport Project (SRNP) in Zamboanga City.
The meeting focused on strengthening inter-agency coordination and technical collaboration to ensure the proposed port infrastructure meets future maritime trade and logistical demands.
During the visit, the PRIMEX consultancy team—led by Team Leader Joselito P. Supangco and Port Engineer Engr. Ma. Lourdes M. Manatad—engaged with CPA officials to gather critical operational data, regional traffic insights, and technical inputs necessary to refine the project’s feasibility baseline.
