Cebu Pacific expands Clark International Airport hub with new direct flights to Naga and San Jose, Occidental Mindoro

Cebu Pacific (CEB), the Philippines’ leading carrier, solidifies its commitment to regional growth and accessibility by launching two new domestic routes from Clark International Airport (CRK) to Naga, Camarines Sur, and San Jose, Occidental Mindoro.

The expansion leverages Clark’s position as a premier gateway for Central and Northern Luzon travelers, providing them with more affordable and convenient options to explore the Philippines’ top destinations.

The new routes are set to launch this October, significantly boosting connectivity from the Clark hub:

Clark (CRK) – Naga (WNP): Flights will operate four times weekly starting October 26, 2025, every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Naga is the cultural heart of the Bicol Region, known for its historic churches, the majestic Mount Isarog, and vibrant local cuisine.

Clark (CRK) – San Jose, Occidental Mindoro (SJI): Flights will operate three times weekly starting October 28, 2025, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. San Jose offers a gateway to Occidental Mindoro’s pristine beaches, diving spots, and laid-back island life.

“With Cebu Pacific’s expanded network, increased capacity, and more affordable fares, Clark is fast becoming one of the most exciting jump-off points for air travel, giving passengers greater access to key domestic and international destinations,” said Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific Marketing and Customer Experience Officer. “This growth strengthens Clark’s role as a vital tourism, economic, and transportation hub, creating more opportunities for communities in the region and beyond.”

The addition of these routes brings Cebu Pacific’s total destinations from Clark International Airport to 16 (12 domestic and four international), giving the airline the widest network among all carriers operating at the hub.

This strategic expansion will boost CEB’s Clark hub capacity by an impressive 25%, targeting 1.7 million seats by the end of 2025, up from 1.4 million seats in 2024. The airline is also projected to operate over 11,000 flights in 2025—a 49% increase year-on-year.

The transfer of these flights to Clark, which were previously operated out of Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), complies with the government’s efforts to help decongest the country’s main gateway and promote regional development.

To celebrate the launch, Cebu Pacific is rolling out a special seat sale, allowing passengers to book their flights to all domestic destinations, including Naga and San Jose, for as low as ₱99 one-way base fare (exclusive of fees and surcharges) for travel until March 31, 2026. When booked in advance, passengers can also enjoy fares that are up to 33% lower when flying from Clark compared to Manila.
