FAST Logistics partners with FarEye to modernize transport logistics operations

FAST Logistics Group, the Philippines’ largest end-to-end logistics provider, has partnered with FarEye, a global leader in AI-powered last-mile delivery technology, to bring faster, more reliable transport solutions to businesses and consumers.

To support innovation and execution at scale across its 3,100-strong fleet—the largest transport logistics network in the Philippines—FAST is transitioning from its in-house, custom-built Transport Management System to FarEye’s configuration-led delivery intelligence layer.

FarEye’s platform will enable FAST to improve delivery predictability and route planning through AI while increasing visibility across hubs and fleets. It will also allow FAST to track and improve key performance indicators, including driver productivity, hub performance, and customer satisfaction.

In addition, the platform will enable FAST to improve workflows through configuration rather than custom code, allowing teams to deploy new transport capabilities more quickly.

With FarEye, FAST will be able to improve service level agreement performance through enhanced routing and better data consistency.

“FAST has always believed that exceptional logistics begins with exceptional customer experience,” said FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr. “To meet the pace at which our customers are evolving, we need technology that lets us innovate faster and operate with greater reliability. FarEye brings that agility.”

“Our legacy systems served us well, but the market requires a platform that adapts quickly and scales without friction,” said FAST Chief Information Officer Leonardo Sacamos Jr. “FarEye lets us configure new workflows instead of building them from scratch every time. It helps our teams make faster, better decisions for the industry’s most discerning customers.”

For FarEye, partnering with an industry leader like FAST reflects a broader shift taking place across Southeast Asia.

“FAST plays a pivotal role in the movement of goods across the Philippines, one of the region’s most complex and diverse logistics landscapes,” said FarEye co-Founder & COO Gautam Kumar.

“Across Southeast Asia, delivery networks are becoming more dynamic, increasingly fragmented, and more customer driven. We’re happy to help FAST bring intelligence to this scale and complexity, so they can respond faster, operate with greater predictability, and build a modern logistics foundation for the next decade,” he added.

The two organizations said they are now entering the design and rollout phases, with the shared goal of building a modern logistics engine that improves speed, strengthens customer experience especially for last-mile delivery, and supports the next decade of growth for Philippine enterprises.

For more than 50 years, FAST has played a critical role in managing over one million deliveries annually. It has been serving the FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and agriculture sectors.
